Bruker Optics offers next generation NIR analyzers for the quality control of milk and dairy products. Soft, hard and sliced or processed cheese can directly be analyzed in the laboratory or in-process for dry matter, fat, protein, salt and pH. The new MPA II, with Liquid Sampling Module, is configured to analyze all your products with just one instrument. Mature calibrations are included for common samples like milk, whey, cream, powders and other solids.
