Meetings can be an essential way to share information and ideas, plan and solve problems, develop strategies, and make decisions. The paradox is that while we understand the necessity of meetings, most of us “hate” attending them. There is a feeling that meetings are unproductive and nothing gets done. As a result, there is a loss of time, money and morale. Managing effective meetings requires commitment and diligence.
