Andy Pizzi of I & I Resolutions is an independent consultant in the areas of conflict resolution and labor-management relations. Prior to his retirement in 2011, he was a federal employee for over 32 years. Andy has mediated hundreds of workplace disputes, facilitated several hundred more meetings, and provided conflict resolution training. He has also developed and managed several alternative dispute resolution (ADR) programs. Since 2000 Andy is certified as a Mediator by the Supreme Court of Virginia. He has served on the Federal Dispute Resolution Advisory Board (FDR) since 1997 helping put together FDR training workshops. Andy is also currently the President, of the Virginia Mediation Network.
