The ABC analysis model is a way to evaluate behaviors in an effort to determine why employees choose to put themselves at risk. In this session, we’ll look at Antecedents, Behaviors and Consequences, and work through several examples to understand how to shape behavior and develop the Consequences that are necessary to support safe behaviors.
