Technical and policy challenges to Regional/Global Identity Capability Development and Employment.Enabling Key Partner Nations capability/building regional capacity are key to identity operations within DOD’s COCOMs. What are the policy/training issues that affect COCOM abilities to train and share (both data and tools/equipment) with their partner nations.  What changes, if any, need to be made to CCMD IPL/STIPLs and where can we insert/emphasize Identity. What help do COCOMs need from outside their CCMD to improve Identity capability within the CCMD.
