More than any other operations, homeland security missions call for coordinated and end-to-end collaboration. Success depends on preparing for the unknowable, preventing the unthinkable and planning recovery from the unimaginable.

To assist in the process, AFCEA International brings together the people in charge of ensuring success—from subject matter experts to frontline responders—for two days of open discussion about the various aspects of homeland security.

Federal Identity Forum & Exposition

Formerly known as the Global Identity Summit, the Federal Identity Forum & Exposition (FedID 17) is the U.S. federal government’s primary outreach and collaboration-building event with the worldwide identity community.
FedID provides an immersive environment where identity professionals from the federal government, private sector and academia can dedicate three days to strategic planning, information sharing, needs analysis, collaboration and relationship building. FedID venues are chosen to support this environment and enable concurrent presentation tracks, workshops and exhibition space.
With the Washington DC location and being held side-by-side with AFCEA’s Homeland Security Conference, FedID will realize even more participation from government agencies and personnel. Already the most important and highly attended government identity event in North America, FedID will set new standards in delivery of education in sessions and solutions in the exhibit hall.
