Are operators properly trained to handle the increase in information and alarms that comes from modernizing the operation of an aging facility? How does remote operation affect the ability to monitor plant condition? Are operators consulted prior to plant upgrades? The session will discuss how plant owners are modernizing in sensible ways to accommodate new technology.
