Gem of Lebanon is a farm-to-table olive oil company run by 6th generation growers based in North Lebanon. The family estate spans 150 acres in the historic Zeitoun Massara region and hosts 2 native varietals of olives-Aarouni and Suri. The olive oil produced is known for it's signature smooth character, fruit throughout with a nutty after taste, void of acidity and bitterness. The farm produces roughly 100,000 liters of extra-virgin olive oil annually. Harvest is sold exclusively throughout the Meditteranean and now more recently the US.
