At Barnard, we have extensive experience in all aspects of construction, including electric transmission, substations, dams, reservoirs, hydroelectric power, utilities, pipelines, tunnels, oil and gas, and environmental efforts. The variety of projects we've constructed are as varied as the terrain and regions of the country; most are complex, including a 62-mile double and triple-circuit 230kV transmission line in Southern California.
