We are a family owned & operated business. Tony Migacz Sr. has been in the food industry for 30+ years
selling frozen seafood. He came up with the idea behind CHEESEWICH 11 years ago, even trademarked the
name back then, but could not find a company to make it for us! The salami plants did not want to bring in cheese.
The cheese plants did not want to bring in salami. So finally, 2 year ago we decided to make CHEESEWICH
ourselves in our USDA inspected plant in Lyons, IL! It comes in 4 delicious flavors: Colby Jack Cheese & Hard
salami, Cheddar Cheese & Hard Salami, Pepper Jack Cheese & Hard Salami & Provolone Cheese & Hard Salami.
The idea is brilliant! It’s kind of like the Uncrustable Sandwiches
everyone knows, eats, & loves….It’s a sandwich without the bread; two slices of cheese with a slice of hard
salami in between. May 2014 we won the Most Innovation Nominee at the Sweet & Snack Show Chicago.
The 15 judges voted us #1 product, but the winner was also based on customer votes; which at the time we
were brand new therefore we had no customers to vote for us! Please let us know how we can help with
