Siltech® develops and manufactures a complete portfolio of organo-functional silicone specialties in two Toronto area manufacturing facilities. Siltech specialty silicones lower surface tension to provide wetting and leveling and bloom to the surface to provide slip, mar and stain resistance, release and other properties. Silmer® reactive silicones are functional polymers which become part of the network, changing the properties. Flexibility over a broad temperature range, release, stain resistance, oxygen permeability and other properties are affected.
