Special SSLR designs for inspection of film or glass INSIDE the deposition chamber from OUTSIDE the chamber. Applications include flexible displays, barrier films, batteries, fuel cells, metal mesh, optical glass, curved media (from 6mm curvature), smart glass, low-e glass, aerospace glass, cover glass, specialty glass, electrophoretic media, augmented reality displays, wearables and hand-held devices.
