The International Association for the Advancement of Space Safety (IAASS) and the International Space Safety Foundation (ISSF) help shape and advance a culture of safety (technical, organizational and socio-political) of spacecraft, payloads and missions for spaceflight participants, space industry workforce and the uninvolved public. We pursue the protection and sustainability of the space environment for continued access to space. For the emerging commercial space industry, we aim to establish safety as a collective industry responsibility.
