Cusano's Italian Bakery is a five generation family owned Artisan Bread Bakery. After arriving from Sicily, Italy, in the early 1900's our Great, Great, Grandparents began baking in New York City. Michael & Rosalie baked their breads in stone ovens and their sons delivered the loaves by horse and wagon.
After baking in New York for over half a century, the family brought their traditions to Florida. Today, Cusano's has a state of the art certified 225,000 sq. ft. bakery producing Frozen Fully Baked & Par-Baked Breads. From the Florida bakery, we are servicing the USA & Export Markets.
Cusano's manufacturers over 150 hearth & pan baked bread items, including Baguettes, Ciabattas, Hoagies/Subs, Buns & Kaisers Rolls, Sliced Sandwich Loaves. Our breads are produced by naturally fermented aged doughs, using purified water & no trans fats in our products. Our breads & rolls are individually formulized to offer different characteristics to flavor profiles & texture.
