Established in 1935, the Foreign Type Cheesemakers Association Laboratory is a cooperative and offers members reduced rates on all services including testing and confirmations. 





Foreign Type Cheesemakers Association technicians are certified to perform “for payment” analysis by the State of Wisconsin and the lab has an intensive quality control program Certified to ISO 17025 Standards.   Our food testing capabilities include: microbiology analysis, nutritional analysis, various food chemistry analysis, and milk and water analysis. Additionally, we offer a full array of analytical options for environmental pollutants.





Led by management, we are committed to providing professional practices, high quality and timely test results.  Customer satisfaction is our focus and our Quality Management System provides a standardized process to continually meet the needs of our customers.
