Artisan Dairy Producer Food Safety Initiative


Larry has industry experinece with natural and process cheeses. Larry is retired and provides consulitng services on food safety, quaity control, and product development. He is currently assisting WMMB/WCMA/CDR with the artisan Food Saflety initiative for FSMA compliance for small and very small dairy facilities. Larry also assit the WMMB and CDr with the grading for the MasterCheese Makers Certifications program.
