As the founder and owner of RunningRestaurants.com, Jaime is an author, speaker, and podcaster serving restaurant operators of all shapes and sizes. A University of Miami business and marketing graduate, Jaime also has an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business. Jaime lives in Clermont, FL with his wife and three kids.
