CEO for 10 years COO of Merchant Services for 7 years Been in the POS and merchant services area for over 18 years .During the early 90s he successfully founded and grew a multiunit pizza and sub delivery chain that ultimately led to his accidental introduction to the Merchant Processing Industry in 1997 and subsequent sale of the restaurant chain in 2001. Once introduced to the Merchant Processing Industry and with the restaurant chain on autopilot, Brad began a secondary career path as an Independent Agent on the street selling payment processing solutions.Leveraging their extensive network and sound reputation, the Thomas’ rapidly grew Practical Business Solutions in both the Merchant Processing and Point-Of-Sale industry laser focused with a customer first approach. Subsequently, as a result of their focus, reputation and success, in 2015 they embraced the opportunity to be acquired by i3 Verticals, a publicly traded technology & payments company. Today Brad serves as the CEO of Practical Business Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of i3 Verticals where he continues guiding the organization with his customer first approach.
