Kevin W. Bowyer is the Schubmehl-Prein Family Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Notre Dame. He has served as EIC of the IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence and the IEEE Transactions on Biometrics, Behavior and Identity Science and was a founding General Chair of the International Joint Conference on Biometrics. He is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the International Association for Pattern Recognition (IAPR). He is General Chair of the 2023 International Joint Conference on Biometrics.
