Bryan Small is an enrolled member of the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas. Bryan graduated from the University of Richmond with a BA in Sociology and Criminal Justice. He has also earned a Master of Public Policy degree from Pepperdine University as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston. Bryan has over 16 years of combined experience in economic development, organization design, strategic planning, human resources, training, and management. Bryan served as the CEO of ACT Holdings, LLC – the economic development arm of the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas. Bryan recently started Small Consulting Group, LLC, a client-focused consultancy dedicated to building organization capacity, growing strong economies, and advancing asset-based community development utilizing innovative tools and a data-driven approach to achieve measurable outcomes. Bryan lives near Houston, Texas with his amazing wife Zett and two adorable boys, Zander and Brett.
