Rob has just completed his 53rd year in education, 30 years of which was as a superintendent. He has served as a teacher, coach, professor, and principal through the K-20 spectrum. Rob graduated from UC Berkeley, possess two masters, and received his doctorate from the University of Southern California. Rob has had a history of supervising districts that significantly increased the academic achievement of all students during his tenure as a superintendent. These include districts that are multi-cultural, experiencing high poverty, rural, and urban, and have a student body with a high percentage of English Language Learners in California and Nevada. Rob is also assisting schools in the south Pacific and Asia in implementing effective student-centered instructional strategies and developing responsive organizational structures.
