Catalina Lee is the worldwide director of flavors and fragrances, Colgate-Palmolive Company, where she provides global leadership to the team responsible for developing world-class flavors and fragrances that ensure the best tasting oral care products. Lee’s guidance to her team has contributed to the launch of many successful toothpaste and mouthwash products. Lee has brought over 25 years of experience in the flavor industry to Colgate. Prior to joining Colgate, Lee held positions of increasing responsibility at Firmenich. During her time with Firmenich, Lee worked in Mexico, their Geneva headquarters and most recently at the Firmenich US affiliate in Plainsboro, NJ.
