Ms. Balch is a Senior Consultant and Business Manager with Wood Group Kenny with broad engineering experience of floating production riser and mooring systems. She has over 15 year experience in the specification, design, verification, installation, and integrity management of floating production risers. She has worked extensively in flexible risers, umbilicals and drilling risers and has a keen understanding of the design, manufacturing and testing challenges associated with these risers. Ms. Balch has been subject matter expert for flexible riser qualification programs including vendor interface, testing procedure review and technical liaison between the operator and manufacturer. She has managed multiple engineering projects for the Gulf of Mexico, West Africa and Brazil.
