Chris has been working as a chef for the ingredient side of the business for the last 14 years, after spending almost two decades in the restaurant industry. Chris has his AAS in culinary arts from Schoolcraft College in Livonia, MI and his BS and MS in food science from Michigan State University. His graduate studies concentrated on muscle food microbiology and meat processing. As the corporate executive chef and manager of culinary applications for Bell Flavors & Fragrances in Northbrook, IL, Warsow leads a highly trained team comprised of chefs, flavorists and food scientists with various concentrations and expertise.
