Greg is a Managing Partner and practice leader at Willis Towers Watson for the Chicago construction and surety practice. He has been associated with Willis Towers Watson, and predecessor organizations since 1987 serving in numerous capacities, from client advocacy to senior management responsibilities. For over 30 years, Greg has focused on construction risk management and insurance issues for general and trade contractors, design professionals, and owners and developers. His unique perspective on risk focuses on the broader risk profile of the entire project, the appropriate allocation of risk and economic incentives, and advocating reducing the total cost of risk for the entire project which benefits all stakeholders.
