Sathoud has worked as Bedoukian Research’s applications specialist for five years working closely with perfumers and flavorists to develop and support technical ingredient demonstrations, and coordinating sales and R&D efforts. She attended Western Connecticut University for her undergraduate degree in chemistry and completed a temporary assignment at Unilever before joining Bedoukian Research, and later graduating with a M.S. in chemistry from Southern Connecticut State University
