Jennifer (Jenn) Shafer joined Black & Veatch's Legal, Risk Management & Government Affairs team in 2011, and is currently the Associate Vice President of Dispute Resolution, overseeing litigation and claims for the company worldwide. Prior to joining Black & Veatch, Ms. Shafer was a partner at a boutique litigation firm, focusing on complex business and construction disputes, including representing contractors, architects and engineers in a variety of disputes arising from the design and construction of private and public projects. Ms. Shafer graduated Order of the Coif from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and is a member of the Kansas, Missouri, and American Bar Associations. She has also served as a faculty member for the NITA Advanced Trial Advocacy program.
