Jon Seighman
Senior Director, Product Development & Applications
Jon Seighman is senior director of WFSI’s food product development & applications group in Erlanger, Kentucky. He leads the technical team responsible for flavor customer projects in the sweet, savory and dairy product segments. Seighman has more than 30 years’ experience in the food industry, having worked in both ingredients and consumer packaged goods during his career. He came to WILD in 2014 as senior director, sweet goods, and assumed responsibility for the food group technical team in January 2015. Prior to ADM, he spent 17 years at Givaudan in technical and business development roles where he focused on developing customer relationships. He also held product development positions at Frito-Lay, Keebler and Nabisco. Seighman holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Texas in Dallas, Texas, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
