Ms. Clark has more than 15 years of experience as an environmental professional and project manager. She has a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of San Diego and a master’s degree in environmental policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. Over the past 10 years, Ms. Clark has conducted numerous environmental feasibility studies and developed permit processing plans for utility-scale renewable energy projects. She has experience managing and preparing environmental impact statements and habitat conservation plans for wind projects.
