David Tonucci, Ph.D., is the former global head of the product safety and regulatory assurance group for Givaudan Flavors. In his role, David led a team responsible for product safety and compliance support. He also serves on a number of external boards in the area of toxicology and food safety and is involved in global flavor trade association activities. He received his Ph.D. in pharmacology and toxicology from SUNY Buffalo working in the area of reproductive toxicology. He currently serves as the head of regulatory for Tate & Lyle.
