Chef Christopher Singlemann has a diverse background of success in restaurant operations, catering for corporate, social and off premise events. An effective manager with superb organizational skills, leadership qualities and an excellent track record for producing results. Chef Chris is the Senior Culinary Development Manager at The Peconic Bay Medical Center for Northwell Health and the past Executive Chef of The Watermill Inn in Smithtown NY. During his work at the Watermill Inn Chef Chris Implemented policies and procedures to maintain a level of excellence when requests came in to accommodate food allergies and gluten-free diets. He has served on the board for The American Culinary Federation of Eastern Long Island and he has come in first place in many culinary competitions.
