Kutina has been in HR for over 15 years in the Restaurant Industry. She spent 2014-2018 scaling Barteca Restauranat Group from 800 employees to 3,000 employees. By 2019 Kutina joined (www.majorfood.com) to lead the HR function as the Vice President of Human Resources. Major Food Group owns and operates restaurants in NYC, Las Vegas and Hong Kong. In her current role, she oversees a team 6 focusing on Compliance, Employee Relations, Benefits and Talent Acquisition, Recruiting and Payroll.
