Rich has been a leading marketer since the start of the millennium and has a passion for online and mobile technologies and experiences. With Revolution, Rich leads the marketing and positioning of Revolution’s unique products and services that are routinely refined to delight the customers of the company’s restaurant clients. Prior to Revolution, Rich served as the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager for SmartDraw Software, an online business productivity, diagramming and visual software suite leveraged by businesses of all sizes and consultants. Additionally, Rich served as the SmartDraw company blog author and editor as well as communications point person. Prior to that, Rich served in a variety of marketing leadership positions for several professional services firms including CohnReznik, By Referral Only, and Klinedinst Law Firm. Rich has also served in a variety of professional and San Diego community volunteer organizations including Rancho Bernardo Pop Warner Board of Directors, Jon Henderson Memorial Scholarship Awards and the MIT Enterprise Forum.
