The wave of third-party services and clear demand from consumers has just about every major restaurant chain headed in that direction.” 
During this session, Revolution Director of Marketing Rich Earle will speak to how the off-premise opportunity comes with both operational challenges and customer experience drawbacks from unsynchronized systems, dated ordering functionality and long wait times to capturing customer data and poor margins for restaurant operators.
