Shane McDonald has a PhD in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin. He has been a creative flavor chemist, mostly in savory, for over twenty years. He is a Certified Flavor Chemist and currently works at Kalsec, Inc, of Kalamazoo, MI, an extractor of spices and herbs.
