Tal has over 30 years of experience serving tribal governments, gaming, education and healthcare entities in Human Resources and Organizational Development roles across Indian Country. Prior to joining Kalispel Tribe of Indians, Tal served as the elected president of the National Native American Human Resources Assoc. (NNAHRA) and is currently the Foundations Development Director. Tal is a proud descendant of the Isleta Pueblo.
