In this session, we will discuss similar human resources and organizational development best practices across all organizations, then will focus in on the uniqueness of human resources within Indian Country. Discussion will include the development of The National Native American Human Resources (NNAHRA)'s matrix of Human Resources/Organizational Development competencies for tribal governments, gaming and enterprises, and how tribal leadership can utilize them to develop their own careers and the careers of others in the field.
