Director of Culinary Services, Executive Chef, and Certified Dietary Manager, Chef Washuta graduated summa cum laude from the Orlando Culinary Institute, Le Cordon Bleu program. For ten years, she was a member of the culinary team at Walt Disney World, creating her own brand of magic for guests with special dietary needs. As a content expert for Walt Disney World Resorts®, Chef Washuta was part of the team to create the Special Dietary Global training. She has a passion for creating recipes designed to combat the acceleration of memory disorders. Chef Washuta’s menus are as much about exceptional taste as they are about exceptional nutrition: her recipes have been featured in Food and Wine® Cookbooks, Disney press events and Memory Preservation Nutrition®.
