Rick is a senior business executive whose expert strategic business planning and leadership/team development skills have led organizations through turnaround situations, out of labor difficulties and strikes, and revitalized old manufacturing plants. Rick has a Master’s in Business Administration, with focus areas of Entrepreneurship and Finance, from the University of Louisiana, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. He has also held a Professional Engineer’s License.
