Rodolfo Estrada is the innovation director for Latin America at Subway, the largest QSR company in the world, with 44,000 restaurants in over 100 countries. Prior to joining the team, he spent over 20 years leading hundreds of initiatives at other food companies including Bloomin’ Brands, Jack in the Box, Burger King and Sara Lee. Throughout his career, Estrada continues to demonstrate an exquisite ability to bring ideas to life and reduce their time to market.
