Jonathan Anobile serves as the assistant director of technology transfer at FlavorHealth, the flavors business of Chromocell Corporation. In his current role, Anobile is principally responsible for the commercial assessment and transfer of taste enhancers, discovered by Chromocell, through to commercial development. Anobile’s team has contributed to the commercialization of a multitude of taste enhancers that enable food and beverage manufacturers to formulate healthy and great tasting consumer goods through sugar, salt, and bitterness reduction. In addition to his work in tech transfer, Mr. Anobile utilizes his research background for his additional role as a technical product manager for FlavorHealth. Mr. Anobile has been a contributing member of the Chromocell/FlavorHealth team for over 14 years. Prior to joining the company, Anobile completed his M.S. at the Department of Animal and Food Sciences University of Delaware.
