Kevin has an extensive background in culinary—having owned two restaurants and taught cooking for 20 years. He has his Masters and PhD in food science and an MSc in food anthropology. Kevin spent 15 years at General Mills as director of strategy and innovation and is currently a senior strategist at Amazon.
