Jim Leland began his Marketing and Sales career with RJR Nabisco, which eventually merged with Kraft Foods. Along the way he managed large sales teams and worked on large brands such as Planters Nuts, LifeSavers, Oreo, and Ritz to name a few. These experiences involved multiple channels including retail and foodservice. Jim also worked on the regional soft drink icon Cheerwine, ultimately signing a deal with Pepsi for distribution rights. Jim currently contributes his strategic marketing skills to Spark, Inc., a full service-marketing agency in Jacksonville, Fl. Spark works with both large and small companies in a wide array of industries to help them liberate their brands and build their business.
