Daniel Hodrien was born and educated near Liverpool before attending Reading University for a degree and a life in the food industry. Starting his flavor career with Unilever, he was immediately captivated by the magic of a flavor laboratory. Now 46 years later and after senior positions in the corporate world of flavors with the major players (always as a flavorist), Hodrien has found his personal niche through his own business, F&F Projects Ltd, incorporated in 2006. F&F Projects Ltd specializes in flavor and fragrance analysis with a worldwide client base and bespoke premises in Northampton. Unlocking the flavor mysteries of nature is Hodrien's mission.
