Kip Eads, CAE has been with the Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association (PRSM) since 2010, currently as the Vice President, Professional Development. She has 20+ years of experience in developing association education programming and administration of certification programs. Her primary responsibilities include the overall strategy for achieving PRSM's vision and mission for member knowledge sharing through online and face-to-face conferences. Her passion includes working with PRSM members to achieve professional success through lifelong learning. She received the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2004 through The American Society of Association Executives.
