Janet McNichol, SPHR, CAE, SHRM-SCP is a seasoned human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in a not-for-profit environment. She currently works as the Human Resources Director for the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association in the Washington, D.C. Area and leads a small consulting company, Inside Workplace Wellness. Janet is widely recognized for being passionate about health and wellness. She serves on the board of directors of the Mid-Atlantic Business Group on Health and was recently invited to serve on an advisory council for the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions. In addition to her functional areas of expertise, she is knowledgeable about communication, negotiation and decision-making.
