Nancy Stanich

Nancy Stanich is an administrator for the Elizabeth Forward Middle School. She has been with the district for 24 years, serving as a teacher for 20 years. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Stanich is on a mission for personalized and kinesthetic learning. She has presented at the PAMLE Conference and Schools To Watch in Washington DC on promoting the fundamentals of STEM and to share best practices of the “Dream Factory” where art, computer science, and technology are integrated into a new way of teaching. Ms. Stanich worked with Carnegie Mellon University to create games for the SMALLab and works with staff in the Energy Lab, One Touch Button Studio and iCreate Studio.
