Ruth Ballinger, BCBA-D, is the Autism District Educational Specialist for the Baldwin-Kekaulike-Maui Complex Area of the Hawaii Department of Education and a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level. She provides technical guidance to schools on best practice in addressing the educational needs of students with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and other low incidence Developmental Disabilities. She is frequently called upon to testify as an expert witness in the areas of Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis for Hawaii public schools.
