Dr. Radu Reit is the Chief Technology Officer at Ares Materials where he works on developing new material solutions for serving the flexible electronics community. He completed his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Texas at Dallas in 2016, where his graduate work focused on novel polymer development for flexible bioelectronics substrates. At Ares Materials, Radu is responsible for the research and development of the Pylux™ polysulfide thermoset product line and the ATB series release layers. He is also responsible for the intellectual property portfolio, authoring over 10 patent grants or applications covering novel materials, materials processing methods and applications in flexible electronic systems.
