Sangsoo Kim, M.D. has been engineer and senior manager at SK-Hynix for 7 years with Advanced Technology Team, New Memory Process Team and Process Technology Group. Currently, main work in Process Technology Group is the trouble shooting for single cleaning tool and the modification of the tool for better performance and maintenance. Additionally, working on the fundamental study for the high aspect ratio pattern leaning free. Kim received a Master degree in Chemical Engineering field from U-Akron, Akron, OH, USA and researched on Synthesis of Catalyst of Dispersed Nanoparticle in Solvent for Fisher Tropsch process.
